The Wilding Collective is a full-service floral design studio for weddings. This includes details such as design consultation, custom quotes, design board, site visit, floor plan guidance, a curated floral design, set-up and break down.

How does the booking process work?

Getting started

We start by sending you a questionnaire. The questionnaire will help us get to know you. It will give us a brief description of the florals you need, help us define your budget and allow you to share any inspiration. Once this is filled out, we schedule a meeting or phone call to get to know you and your wedding style a bit more.

Custom Floral Proposal

Next, you will receive a custom floral design proposal with all the floral details discussed. This proposal with also contain our contract. Generally, allow 2 weeks for the custom proposal. To book your date we ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Design Concepts

Once you book The Wilding Collective, we further discuss the vision of your event as we anxiously await your big day. We expand on the design concepts, plan site visits (if needed) and create a design board.

How long in advance should we book you?

We start to see bookings a year in advance but also have couples that book 6 months in advance. We believe in quality over quantity which allows us to work closely with each client and fully immerse ourselves in the design process. We intentionally do not book a wedding every weekend, this allows for thoughtful planning and design in between weddings.

Do you have a minimum for wedding florals?

Our wedding floral minimum is $7,000.

How much should I spend on flowers?

Each wedding is unique, and each floral proposal is custom. Basic flower needs make up 10 - 15% of the overall budget. Large bridal parties, large centerpieces and elaborate ceremony designs will bring you closer to 15 – 20%, which is the range we generally work with.

Are all flowers are available all year round?

Every flower has its season, and we work within these seasons. There is always something beautiful available and we are here to help guide you through the process.

Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes, we love to travel and would be excited to take on a new opportunity to design a destination wedding.

What is the companies take on sustainability?

Just like in everyday life we strive to be kind to the earth and respect mother nature. We know of the environment and health impacts of floral form and are always experimenting with new ways of designing without it. We also love to source flowers locally when possible.
